Is Covid-19 affecting shipping and printing times?

Yes, some products are more severely impacted by Covid than others, but please be forewarned that some items are taking up to two months to receive. We apologize for this and have our fingers crossed that Printful will return to normal again soon.

How do I track my order?

We will email you a tracking number when you place your order. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping will be calculated for you at checkout.

Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

Deliveries to some countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you ordered, the destination country and the value of your purchase. Duty and tax charges are determined by your local customs authorities and based on:

  • The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases coming from the U.S.

  • Duties charged for processing by your country.


Shipping
To return your product, email us at ellestreetart@gmail.com and we will send you an address of where to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Because the products are shipping from Europe, America, Mexico, and Canada, depending on what is ordered- expect delays due to Covid-19. Typically orders should take up to a maximum of a few weeks. If you haven't received your package within three weeks of ordering email: ellestreetart@gmail.com.

What if my package never arrives?

All shipments have tracking numbers with the shipper. If a package does not arrive, we will file an inquiry with the shipping company. We will re-ship an item if the shipping company looses the item.
